Eliza Stark & The Dappers began far from the Adriatic coast. Each member of the trio moved from Russia to Montenegro in search of a new life, and it was here, among mountains and sea salt, that the band found its shape. Their paths crossed naturally, and what began as a shared love for vintage spirit soon crystallized into Montenegro’s first and only rockabilly band

Eliza had admired rockabilly culture for years, drawn to its attitude, elegance and fire. A classically trained pianist since childhood, she carried her musical discipline into a new world of slap rhythm and magnetic stage energy.

Her image became a signature: charismatic, stylish, feminine without cliché, sensual without vulgarity, bold without aggression — a grown, graceful and unmistakably authentic kind of heat

Guitarist Dan arrived with a devotion to retro tone and sharp aesthetics; the connection between the two soon grew beyond the stage, and the pair married in 2025.

Drummer Evgeny, who had spent many years performing jazz with world-class musicians, joined with a precision and swing that lifted the band into its own lane. Rockabilly was a late discovery for him, but once he stepped into it, it became a perfect home.

Their debut album Higher (2025) introduced a catalogue of original songs blending noir moods, high-octane rhythm and modern bite. The band’s visual identity is equally striking: powerful performances, bold vintage styling and a stage presence that commands attention. Their regular appearances on Montenegrin national TV have reached massive online audiences, with performance videos gathering hundreds of thousands of views across social media.

2025 became a breakthrough year of travel and international exposure: the band performed across Europe and completed several long-haul trips, including four featured performances at Australia’s legendary Cooly Rocks On festival, where they brought their signature neo-rockabilly to thousands of rock’n’roll fans.

With thousands of monthly listeners worldwide and a reputation for highly photogenic, high-energy shows, Eliza Stark & The Dappers have become not just a band but a full-scale media and live attraction

For festivals, city events, vintage weekends, car & bike shows, brand activations or club nights, the trio delivers a complete experience: original music, impeccable style and electrifying rockabilly that feels both timeless and fiercely alive
